Our free online tools allow customers to get immediate pricing, perform ‘virtual manufacturing’ of their designs (DRC/DFM), and complete their order. These tools help reduce production issues in order to get it ‘right first time’.

We manufacture all PCBs in accordance with the
IPC-A-600 class 2 and IPC-A-610 class 2
standards and we are compliant with quality, environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) directives (for example, ISO-9001/14001, UL, RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, and environmental regulations).

PCB Proto

1, 2 or 5 PCBs with a 3WD lead time
2 or 4 layers pooled on Mid Tg lead-free FR-4 material

Fast and simple prototyping. We ignore the options typically needed for series production (peelable masks, via-filling, specific finish, soldermask colours, etc.) as these are not usually crucial for making a functional prototype.

DEFINED IMPEDANCE pool

4, 6 and 8 layers pooled on IS400 – Mid Tg lead-free FR-4
Handy impedance calculator which calculates the geometry of the tracks

So many of the devices we use daily are connected via the internet (IoT) making our daily activities easier and with this comes the need for faster and faster connections (USB3, 5G, etc..) and for PCBs with specific impedance requirements for certain tracks.

Up to 16 layers, pooled until 8 layers

1 layer pooled on Aluminium backed material with 2.0 W/mK thermal conductivity
Black or white soldermask and lead-free HAL finish

Do your PCBs have an issue with dissipating heat? Our Insulated Metal Substrate (IMS) service offers a cost-effective solution that dissipates heat efficiently away from the source.

RF pool

2 & 4 Layers pooled on special RF materials
Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) or Che Ag Lead-free finish

Where frequencies of several Gigahertz form the basis of an electronics application, PCBs built with special materials suitable for these frequencies are needed.

SEMI-FLEX pool
When assembling your product, bending the PCB is only needed once, a bendable PCB may be the right solution rather than a flexible PCB! We offer a bendable or flex to install PCB that is typically four layers and made entirely of FR-4 which can be bent in multiple directions. But unlike conventional flex-rigid PCBs, the flexing element is a thin FR-4 core rather than polyamide.

We supply PCBs with or without assembly as required.
